What I can do and what I offer you:
I have many years of catering experience (45 years) in various establishments.
From 5* hotels to private clubs, cocktail bars, pizzerias, restaurants and ice cream parlours to coffee houses. Last but not least: I have been successfully self-employed in the café bar scene for 20 years.
In addition, I have cooking experience and extensive knowledge of work processes, internal organisation and various complementary areas.
This means I can provide individual and tailor-made optimisation ideas as well as contacts to suppliers and insurance options.
What I unfortunately cannot do!
- All calculations in your business (your own responsibility)
- Business analyses and resulting interventions.
- Changes to cooking and menus.
Of course, I cannot guarantee the success of the suggestions I provide, as it is up to you to make something of them.
What will it cost?
Travel costs to your business (from Leoben):
up to 50 km radius €80 // up to 100 km €150 // up to 200 km €220
Beyond that, there is an individual agreement.
The first consultation hour is free of charge (initial visit), each additional analysis and consultation hour is £150.
For extensive optimisation proposals, 2-4 hours are usually sufficient. The consultation fee is therefore determined according to your needs.
The less I have to say, the cheaper it will be 😊
